वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक जबरन कराया गया पास- सोनिया गांधी
नई दिल्ली। कांग्रेस की पूर्व अध्यक्ष और राज्यसभा सांसद सोनिया गांधी ने वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक को लेकर सरकार पर जोरदार हमला बोला है। उन्होंने विधेयक और उसे पारित कराने के लिए सरकार की ओर से दिखाई गई जल्दबाजी की कड़ी आलोचना की। उन्होंने कहा कि यह विधेयक जबरन पास कराया गया है, इसे थोपा गया है।
कांग्रेस संसदीय पार्टी (CPP) की आम सभा की बैठक में सोनिया गांधी ने कहा, ‘कल लोकसभा में वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक, 2024 पारित हो गया और आज इसे राज्यसभा में पेश किया जाना है। इस विधेयक को जबरन पारित किया गया। हमारी पार्टी का रुख स्पष्ट है। यह विधेयक संविधान पर एक हमला है। यह हमारे समाज को स्थायी रूप से ध्रुवीकृत रखने की भाजपा की सोची-समझी रणनीति का हिस्सा है।’
लोकसभा में वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक पारित किए जाने के कुछ घंटों बाद कांग्रेस संसदीय दल की बैठक में कांग्रेस सांसदों को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि मोदी सरकार देश को रसातल में धकेल रही है। सरकार शिक्षा, नागरिक अधिकार, लोगों की स्वतंत्रता, हमारे संघीय ढांचे, या चुनाव का संचालन हो, किसी को भी बख्श नहीं रही है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि अब हमारा संविधान केवल कागजों पर रह जाएगा। हम जानते हैं कि उनका इरादा उसे भी ध्वस्त करने का है।
बैठक में सांसदों से सोनिया ने कहा, ‘हम सभी के लिए यह जरूरी है कि हम सही और न्याय के लिए लड़ते रहें। मोदी सरकार की विफलता को उजागर करें। सरकार हर चीज पर नजर रखना चाह रही है। हमें इसे लोगों के सामने लाना होगा। बैठक में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे और लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी समेत सभी पार्टी सांसद मौजूद थे।
रीब्रांड, रीपैकेज और मार्केटिंग का आरोप
सोनिया गांधी ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि प्रधानमंत्री ने 2004-2014 के दौरान की गई कई पहलों को अपनी व्यक्तिगत उपलब्धियों के रूप में रीब्रांड, रीपैकेज और मार्केट किया है। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि इसे भी हमारी अपनी सार्वजनिक आउटरीच गतिविधियों के माध्यम से उजागर करने की जरूरत है।
‘आक्रामक होकर भाजपा शासित राज्यों में विफलताओं और कुशासन को सामने लाएं’
संसद के दोनों सदनों के कामकाज पर बोलते हुए उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि विपक्ष के नेताओं को बोलने की अनुमति नहीं दी जा रही है। सत्ता पक्ष अक्सर कांग्रेस को अपने मुद्दे उठाने की अनुमति न देने के लिए व्यवधान पैदा करता रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा के सदस्य कांग्रेस शासित राज्य सरकारों पर पूरी तरह झूठ बोलकर आक्रामक तरीके से निशाना साधते हैं। उन्होंने पार्टी सांसदों से आग्रह किया कि वे भी इसी तरह आक्रामक होकर भाजपा शासित राज्यों में विफलताओं और कुशासन को सामने लाएं।
इससे पहले लोकसभा ने वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक को 12 घंटे की बहस के बाद आधी रात के बाद पारित कर दिया था। विपक्षी सदस्यों की ओर से पेश किए गए सभी संशोधनों को ध्वनि मत से खारिज किए जाने के बाद विधेयक को पारित किया गया। मत विभाजन के दौरान 288 वोट पक्ष में और 232 विपक्ष में पड़े। विधेयक अब गुरुवार यानि आज राज्यसभा में आएगा।
